When students are struggling in school, it is important for them to receive the one-on-one attention of a teacher who can focus on the child's specific area of need.

There is no need for the parent to look for the right tutor. Students are matched with a tutor who has been carefully selected by Renae's Tutoring; including teaching license and reference check, followed by the interview process. Tutors are licensed teachers who specialize in specific educational areas (by grade level, subject area, ESL, special education, testing prep, etc.). The student will be matched with the licensed teacher who best fits his/her needs.

As educators, we understand that all students learn differently. One program may work well with some students, but will not work with all students. Because we understand this and have experience in the process of how students learn, we carefully individualize the programs we decide to use based on the child. Doing this allows your child to receive instruction in ways that he/she best learns and that alone opens the doors for confidence and success. Parents are pleased with our services because we focus on the individual child and determine our instructional goals based on that child alone.

Aside from the individualized instruction the student will receive from the tutor, a collaboration process occurs on a regular basis. This process includes the collaboration between Renae, the tutor, the classroom-teacher, and other involved individuals as needed (special education teachers, counselors, ESL teachers, and pediatricians, etc.). This type of collaboration ensures that the student is receiving proper individualized instruction and that we are continuing to provide quality educational support.
